A notice was published on 12 March 2022 in respect to a declaration by the Board of Directors on the payment of an interim dividend of 4.60 ZWL cents per share in respect of shareholders appearing in the register of shareholders on the record date. This notice was published concurrently with the publication of H1FY2020 results for the Group.
